Roger Townsend, Chief Operating Officer for Behlen Mfg. Co., joined the company in January 2022. Roger brings a wealth of experience and, as COO, oversees all revenue-generating business units, leading sales, engineering, and manufacturing efforts.

Prior to assuming the role of COO for Behlen, Roger was President of the Behlen Grain Systems, Joiners, and Behlen Custom Fabrication business units. He has an extensive 39-year background in Agriculture and Management, including previous roles as Chief Operating Officer, VP/General Manager, and Plant Manager of a grain systems division.
