Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

1 Opening – 1st Shift

Salary Range:  Dependent on Qualifications

Location: Omaha, NE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform administrative tasks to support business needs including data entry, office supply replenishment, scanning, preparing reports, and supplier purchase orders for MRO items
  • Greet visitors and vendors as they enter the building
  • Partner with HR on On-boarding Paperwork for new Partners in Progress
  • Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate Partners in Progress
  • Daily work order packet printing and distribution as needed
  • Maintain the 100 zero data entry and distribution monthly
  • Ensure that visitors sign in and out as appropriate and have proper PPE
  • Receive courier deliveries and distribute them
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures, policy and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality and ISO 9001:2015.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Receptionist experience is preferred
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal and customer skills
