Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
1 Opening – 1st Shift
Salary Range: Dependent on Qualifications
Location: Omaha, NE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative tasks to support business needs including data entry, office supply replenishment, scanning, preparing reports, and supplier purchase orders for MRO items
- Greet visitors and vendors as they enter the building
- Partner with HR on On-boarding Paperwork for new Partners in Progress
- Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate Partners in Progress
- Daily work order packet printing and distribution as needed
- Maintain the 100 zero data entry and distribution monthly
- Ensure that visitors sign in and out as appropriate and have proper PPE
- Receive courier deliveries and distribute them
- Other duties as assigned
- Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures, policy and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality and ISO 9001:2015.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Receptionist experience is preferred
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal and customer skills
