1 Opening – 1st Shift


  • Practice safe working habits and follow safety procedures, policy, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality and ISO 9001:2015.
  • Responsible for servicing the material needs of a designated area.
  • Moves, stores, and places material in a safe keeping manner.
  • Delivers materials to various departments and between intra-plant and outside locations following procedures and work instructions.
  • Responsible for completing location movement in ECCCO.
  • Help develop the manufacturing process to eliminate the non-value added of material handling.
  • Willing to work with Vendor Schedulers to reduce raw material needs and Schedulers to improve workflow to work areas.
  • May have to help change over of dies-dependant upon service area.
  • Ensure compliance of ISO 9000 tagging procedures and separation of good and quarantined material.
  • Design storage locations and drop zones (T.L).
  • Ability to function in a service team environment and anticipate departmental needs.
  • Must be willing to cross-train on machines
  • Any other duties as assigned by team leader


  • Ability to operate in a safe manner regarding Partners in Progress and equipment.
  • Must have passed or can pass Forklift/Combilift certification and Overhead Crane Training.
  • Knowledge and experience as a material handler.
  • Ability or willingness to learn ECCCO computer system.
  • Must complete Forklift Inspection logs daily and monitor equipment needs.
  • Willing to work flexible schedule if needed.
  • Lifting 50-100 lbs. at least 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to read tape measure, pick lists, and dispatch list.
  • Willing to work towards automating and tracking material movement.
  • Willing to cross-train between areas.
